The 2025 Lynchburg Living Idea House, West Coast Meets Lake Coast, was designed and built by Custom Structures to showcase modern lakefront living at Smith Mountain Lake. Inspired by West Coast architecture, the home features clean lines, expansive windows, open-concept spaces, and seamless indoor-outdoor flow—redefining contemporary design in a lake setting.
