Jim Johnson was hired as a new Project Developer CS Custom Structures Incorporated is proud to announce the addition of Mr. James K (Jim) Johnson – LEED AP to the Custom Structures family of architects, designers, and contractors. Mr. Johnson’s position with the firm will be that of Project Developer/Commerical Division. Mr. Johnson’s resume reads as a how-to book for self made individuals. His twenty eight years in the construction field spanned such positions as helper, apprentice, carpenter, foreman, and project manager. In addition to being a project developer, Mr. Johnson is also an accredited LEED AP. Mr. Johnson comes to CS Custom Structures, Inc. after a distinguished eleven years with Coleman-Adams Construction, Inc. As a Project Developer Mr. Johnson’s role will be to strengthen Custom Structure’s growing commercial endeavors. Cs Custom Structures, Inc. recently completed a 17,000 sf home in Bedford County with a 4,000 sf interior swimming pool. See more.
CS Custom Structures, Inc. designed and is currently constructing a Greek Revival farm house in Campbell County. Every design aspect of the project reflected 19th century detailing. We have even been asked if we were “renovating the old farm house on Red House Road.” Historic authenticity was a critical design element. See more..
