Welcome to our Commercial Portfolio

CS Custom Structures, Inc. is an architectural firm that also provides construction services. We are a Class "A" General Contracting firm, licensed to conduct business within the Commonwealth of Virginia. We also staff architects and designers who are registered to provide professional design services throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Our projects include renovations, additions, complete new design and construction as well as stabilization to historic properties.

Our design and construction teams are comprised of architects, architectural designers, project managers, foremen, master carpenters and carpenters.

Recent commercial experience includes educational projects for Liberty University, dental facilities, retail centers, condominiums, administrative offices, local government projects, an animal hospital, gymnasiums, churches, a library and recreational facilities.
