A CS Custom Structures Inc. home is a one of a kind structure, built to exemplify craftsmanship, quality and energy efficiency.  We do not duplicate our design-build work.  We have designed and built homes that range from 1,700 square feet to 17,000 square feet.  We feel that it is just as important to involve the client throughout the construction period as it is during the design period.  Our project managers work hard to maintain budgets, we adhere to schedules and we list milestones for client selection of materials, finishes and fixtures.
