Ron is the Lead Architect at Custom Structures, Inc. He has over 35 years experience in architecture and the construction industry. While Ron is trained in both residential and commercial design, he is an inspiration to all at Custom Structures. Ron is an avid student of the Civil War and American history.

Wayne has designed numerous architectural projects throughout Central Virginia over the past thirty years. From banks and offices to residences he has designed every type of structure you can imagine. Wayne has experience in both Commercial and Residential design.

Jim has spent his entire life in construction. He grew up working in his father’s construction company, served 6 years with the USAF Combat Engineers and has worked the last 22 years estimating and managing commercial projects in the Lynchburg area. He has managed projects up to $12 million dollars in size.

Tyson is a green building enthusiast with over 11 years experience in construction. With an abundance of knowledge in kitchen design. Additionally, he has a passion for energy efficiency in daily life. Tyson is also a Fireman with the City of Lynchburg with 14 years of dedication. He is a trained EMT and assists with numerous training programs at Custom Structures, Inc.

Bryan is a Lynchburg native. While attending Lynchburg College, he worked as an Architectural designer for several local A/E firms. While with those firms, he gained design and construction knowledge that benefits him today. This design and construction experience helped in his transition to Project Management with Custom Structures.

Dala has worked in the professional field for over 35 years, her career began with Wells Fargo Bank where she became one of the youngest Branch Managers, she then found her niche in Office Management and Human Resources. Dala gained the majority of her accounting experience through banking, office management and assisting in a CPA’s full accounting firm.

Josh’s childhood years were spent in central New York surrounded by rich architecture. He went to Andrews University to receive a Master of Architecture where he had the opportunity to study in many European and South American countries.

Better known at Custom Structures as one of the fastest CADD operators in the state, Kevin has a true gift for design as well. Kevin is a Virginia Tech Hokie that has many awards for his talents in cross country & track.
